Before confirmation
Because every request is verified before it becomes a confirmed booking, you can withdraw a pending request at any point before confirmation at no cost — simply tell your iEgypt specialist, or reply to their message.
After confirmation
Once a stay, ride, flight service or experience is confirmed, cancellation terms are set by the hotel, driver, airline or operator fulfilling it. Your iEgypt specialist will share the specific cancellation terms that apply before you confirm.
