Who handles your information
iEgypt is a VibeSpot brand. VibeSpot operates iEgypt and iSahel and is responsible for the operational handling described here. Customer submissions are delivered to info@isahel.com, the shared operational inbox currently used for iEgypt and iSahel.
What we collect
When you submit a reservation request or contact message, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, mobile or WhatsApp number, email, destination, dates, party details, nationality, preferences, and the content of your request.
Why we use it
- To review, route, and respond to your specific request.
- To verify availability, supplier eligibility, quotation rules, and final terms.
- Nationality is collected for supplier eligibility and quotation requirements; it is not used to publish customer-facing price differences.
- Submitting a form allows iEgypt to contact you about that request; it does not enroll you in marketing.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Form delivery and recipients
While the current form system remains in use, submissions are relayed through FormSubmit to info@isahel.com. This means FormSubmit processes the submitted form data for delivery, and authorized VibeSpot operations staff supporting iEgypt or iSahel may receive it where required to fulfil or route the request, including North Coast requests.
Storage and retention
The public website does not provide an online customer account or verified request-tracking database. Operational emails and related request records are retained only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, meet legitimate operational or legal requirements, and resolve disputes. A final, fixed retention schedule will be published after legal review.
Payment information
iEgypt does not collect payment-card details through this site. All reservations are request-only and must be verified before any confirmation.
Access, correction, or deletion
Use the Contact Us page to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. Include enough detail to identify the relevant request without sending payment-card or other unnecessary sensitive information.
